    The Clean Energy Council holds a large number of events throughout the year and we invite companies to express interest in sponsoring and/or hosting these events.


    How to host/sponsor

    Take a look at our events calendar, identify what events you are interested in sponsoring and/or hosting and email our Event and Sponsorship Manager, Sasha Pell to express your interest.

    Types of events

    The CEC holds all different types of events including:

    • large conferences
    • networking events
    • member-only briefings and roundtables
    • technical forums

    Hosting requirements

    Member Mixers

    • suitable space to host up to 150 attendees - cocktail style (numbers may vary depending on city)
    • provision of catering (food and beverages for 2 hours)
    • central location preferable

    Technical forums/workshops (e.g. industry briefings as they arise)

    • suitable space for up 100 theatre-style
    • AV provided - projector, screen, lectern and microphone
    • provision of catering for morning/afternoon tea and/or lunch

    In return for hosting the CEC will provide:

    • company logo on event e-invite, website and in Weekly Member Update
    • opportunity to give a brief welcome at the event
    • complimentary attendance for key staff

    • Large-scale Solar Forum
